Parson’s Page This Sunday we will continue our sermon series on Leadership Lessons from Nehemiah. So far we have looked at CHARACTER and COURAGE. We are traveling to the Duncan Gray Center, outside of Canton, MS, on September 9-10. Departure time is early Saturday morning, and we will be home by 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The retreat speaker will be Rev. Lois Artis. Planned activities include interest workshops, and a special art presentation by our own resident master, Charlie Busler! We already have four signed up to attend, and want to bring as many as possible from Meridian. We can even have our own cabin with as few as six in our group.
